TENERIFE

When I was a little girl from Lapland, we spent few spring breaks in Tenerife where my aunt owned a bar called Boca Boca. It was the 90’s. The Lambada played everywhere. The colors, sounds, and smells still ripple happily through my memories. It was an adventure, so foreign and tropical to a nine year old from the Arctic Circle. The locals were endlessly kind, loud, and fun. Music was constantly playing. The smell of coconut tanning oil and grilled fish and seafood mingled in the air. The Tenerife Collection is an ode to those happy 90’s memories; vibrant and loud and full of color and adventure.
