Return & Refund Policy for all Karo Koru merchandise.
All merchandise in its original condition with packaging, is eligible for a return, within 10 days of receipt of order. Any merchandise that exceeds 10 days of receipt of order, will be considered FINAL and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. No price adjustments. All sales final for on sale merchandise. All returns must be received within 14 days of return request to be eligible.
Refunds will ONLY be issued via the original form of payment. Karo Koru is not responsible for return shipping charges.
NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS- Final sales on international orders.

Return the goods within 14 days of sending your notice. You pay the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise.
We will reimburse eligible payments, including the lowest-cost standard delivery option where applicable, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Statutory exceptions can apply and will be stated before checkout where relevant.
Voluntary returns and other markets
Other returns are covered by Karo Koru's returns policy and applicable local law. That policy cannot limit mandatory consumer rights.
